HR Essentials Workshop

Come along to our HR Essentials Workshop on Wednesday 31st January at 8:30am at our offices in Bridge of Don where we will be covering the basics of employment legislation and HR practices to support the recruitment and retention of your people.

What can you expect if you join us?

• Some knowledge of employment rights and key employment legislation.

• Understand the best HR practices that can work for your business.

• Share common HR experiences from within your industry/workplace.

• Help with an HR issue you may be dealing with.

• A cup of tea or coffee and a breakfast roll.

Employees are always cited as your biggest asset and can provide you with a key competitive advantage, however managing people can be a minefield. There is so much confusion in the ever-shifting employment landscape so we will be covering some basics to help get you started.

You will meet our Associate HR Consultant, Kim Woolner and, if time permits, there will be an opportunity for you to discuss a current HR issue for your business at our HR clinic and how you can resolve it, in a safe non-judgemental space.
