Safety Scotland Ltd have the competence and resources required to fulfil the role of CDM consultants to Principal Designers under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
Working with design teams, developers and individuals on projects which involve close interaction within the team to ensure that any residual risks associated with the project have been designed out as far as is reasonably practicable.
Where the risk is significant and cannot be reduced, we expect designers to justify their designs through their risk control management process. Where possible, we will offer advice which may reduce risks associated with the lifecycle of the building.
